People these days are breaking wedding traditions left and right. So much so, that there appear to be fewer reliable wedding rules to follow. While most brides still do wear white on their special day and consequently expect their guests to avoid the color, plenty of chic ladies specifically demand that their bridesmaids and even guests arrive wearing light beige, cream, and even straight-up white! In our story today, a young man fails to ask for permission to propose to his girlfriend in the middle of a wedding reception. For many, an act that so deliberately steals attention from the couple getting married is unthinkable, but some brides and grooms do give their blessing. It was clear by the bride's reaction, however, that the proposal had not been discussed beforehand. Her best friend, the one getting proposed to, shuts it down as smoothly as she can, but the damage had already been done.
